Avec Dana Whittle. Voici trois compositions jouées à la mandoline juste pour le plaisir. La première est pour une amie qui a subi avec succès cette opération délicate. À chaque hiver, lors du carnaval de Saint-Côme, épicentre des traditions chantées, tout un chacune affiche aussi ses talents en sculpture sur glace devant sa porte en décorant ainsi le village au complet. Les trois Américaines sont les trois femmes de ma vie nées aux États – ma mère à Saranac Lake, New-York, ma fille au Vermont et ma femme au Massachusetts.

With Dana Whittle. Here are three compositions played on mandolin just for the fun of it. The first was written for a friend who successfully underwent the operation. During winter carnival, the town of Saint-Côme (the epicenter of traditional song), displays the talents of its residents who create fabulous ice sculptures in their front yards. The “Trois Americaines” are the three women in my life born in the States – my mother in Saranac Lake, New York, my daughter in Vermont and my wife in Massachusetts.
