Tourné à Sainte-Béatrix en novembre 2025. « Si les saucisses pouvaient parler » est une chanson originale de l’auteur-compositeur-interprète Madame Bolduc (Mary Travers). Cette version a été crée par Gérald Coté en incorporant un texte évocateur de l’auteur américain Upton Sinclair, tiré de son roman journalistique et historique « La jungle ». La situation économique si précaire des années ’30, au Québec comme aux États-Unis, est ici abordée avec humour et spontanéité.

Filmed in Sainte-Béatrix in November 2025. « If the sausages could talk » is an original song from Québec singer-songwriter Madame Bolduc (Mary Travers), rearranged here by Gérald Côté and incorporating lyrics inspired by the journalistic novel « The Jungle » from American author Upton Sinclair. The precarious economic situation of the 1930s, both in Québec and in the United States, is addressed here with humor and spontaneity.
